Peppermint tea is a great drink. Sipping on it hot gets me through food cravings, and the natural flavor takes away the need for sweeteners. I mix peppermint leaves with my green tea too!  ...view profile

Have a plan, but take baby steps to get there.  ...view profile
When eating during the day, break up food into intervals to help control over eating. For example, if you want a sandwich and fruit for lunch, eat the sandwich first then wait at least 15 minutes before eating the fruit. If you aren't hungry after 15 minutes then don't eat the fruit.  ...view profile
