Diet Plan: Stay just under 2000 Calories a day, no more than 65grams of fat, no snacking and no fast food.
Exercise Plan: 6 times a week M-F at the gym, weights and 45 minutes of cardio on eliptical; and 30 minutes on my exercise bike at home on saturday.
Mental State: on-again off-again
