Jul 7, 2010 Aww! Thank you! I've never been a part of a support group (I've never really taken myself seriously about losing weight until now either!) But believe me, this is free therapy to me...as much as I'm helping other people, it's helping me tremendously, whether or not I get a response on a blog or skip a work out... every time I come to this site it keeps me motivated. |

weigh in I lost 4 more pounds. This is just proof that there is no need to worry or go crazy after having a week when I lose nothing (like last week) and eat becasue of silly reasons like "This just doesn't work so I might as well eat!" |
