Diet Plan: Old fashioned cal counting, 8+ Glasses of water!! breakfast usually a protien shake before gym , Lunch (protien) and fruit and veggies all day long. I've cut out dinner, and broke it up into snaking. 1400-1600 cals a day seems to be SLOWLY WORKIN
Exercise Plan: Gym 6x a week 45 min cardio 15 min strenght training (heart rate @ 185 at least) I was told by someone who lost 130 lbs, exercising has many benifits, but if you want to lose weight it has be 6-7 days a week...anything under that will help maintane =

A Little About Me: I'm a binge eater..I'm 22 and no stranger to losing weight, this will be round #4! last time I dropped from 239 to 171 in 3 months (2006) Here I am at 262 now! no more crash dieting for me! eeek 120 lbs to lose! I'm a full time student/work full time from michigan.

I Got in a fight with TOM last night and he won! Way to much choco junk all day...but I am not letting him get the best of me today! Ugh I'm sick of all the spammers trying to get my to check out their product, some guy on here selling told me to repsect him cause he is in the army like most people do or some crap, nice marketing scheme! Yes this is America where you can say what you want, but this is a free site?! I don't want anyones miracle crap especially when I used to be addicted to many wieght loss pills and crap. I love how this site lets us all share helpful info to each other, and I am greatful for all the help I have recieved, but if I need help I shouldnt have to pay for anyones bull$#@%! Sorry for the rant

Today I weighed in a 228.0, up a pound from my lowest weight this month so that brings total weight loss for this month to another tinnny 4 lbs. I was wishing for 8, but the binges almost every night this month has held me back. Made it to the gym 26 days since last weigh in and drank my 10 glasses of water 23 days out of the month, next month weigh - in goal is 8 lbs, 26 out of 31 days of going to the gym minimum, and 10 glasses of water a daily. Cant wait to fall when I want to try jogging outside, Michigan has the prettiest falls! Hope everyone has a good day!

Have my cals planned for the day, aiming for 1600, and to burn at least 350 at the gym today, I really hope I make it a week of no binging and break my record! 3 days till weigh in, hope everyone has a great day!
