This morning we all ordered breakfast in my department, the meals are always sooo big, but I only ate a little bit of each thing. For lunch I had a grilled rye & swiss sandwich, and fruit and a caribou coffee. So I'm not going to snack or anything til dinner, and I'm going to do my best to exercise tonight, maybe do some tae bo.

Ok. So I'm joining because I want to lose weight, and I have alot of free time to spend on the internet while I'm at work :)
To start off... I ate McDonalds for breakfast...shame, I know. :(

Update:
Ok..so for lunch I had a turkey & cheese on a pretzel roll with mustard from the cafeteria, and chips (there was no more salad left :( and a water...lunch was better.
