It wasn't as hard as last week Today I did my grocery shopping and managed not to buy things like ice cream and chocolate. It didn't feel like I had to make an effort not to get them, other times I feel very temped and actually stare at things like chocolate with almonds. |

My Friday weigh in 4/9/10 I got on the scale this morning 4/9/10 I'm happy to say, that I lost the pound, I had gained last week from eating things like birthday cake. |

haha! I know exactly what you mean! I stood in the ice cream aisle STARING at the weight watchers ice cream bars :/
☼Awesome! I can totally relate. I get into the grocery store and I find myself going to the same aisles as before I was dieting. It's so much easier, and sometimes cheaper, to get all the junky stuff. Keep up the good work!☼
