It wasn't as hard as last week

Today I did my grocery shopping and managed not to buy things like ice cream and chocolate. It didn't feel like I had to make an effort not to get them, other times I feel very temped and actually stare at things like chocolate with almonds.

I got on the scale this morning 4/9/10 I'm happy to say, that I lost the pound, I had gained last week from eating things like birthday cake.
Last week was my husband's birthday, he loves sweets and doesn't try to stay away from them. So while shopping I got carried away and bought a lot of junk food. This week I did pretty well.
I didn't stay away from things like cookies and bread completely. But I also didn't get carried away like other times.
Yesterday I did grocery shopping, I stopped myself and didn't get chocolate. It's hard resisting the temptation, because they have it right there near the check out stand. So while waiting you can't help noticing it's there.
Apart from that I'm feeling relieved, because it seems I might be able to move once my lease is up. I send a hi, to all of you.
