They said I could have anything I wanted in place of the salad and I was so grossed out, I didn't want it. Then he said the magic words, "Some dessert, maybe?"
I got a piece of ice cream mud pie. The salad would have been a much better choice-without a doubt. I ate the bottom part of the pie-the crust part mostly-and let my husband and daughter eat the rest. I knew well in advance that the whole slice would be over 1,000 calories so I was not about to eat it all.

i posted yesterday but not on how i did eatting wise...

i think i did alright but not what should have happened.. calorie intake im sure i was fine..

breakfast was 2 slices of buttered wheat bread, lunch was a medium strawberry banana orange julius, afternoon snack was a huge glass (32 oz i think) of grape juice and dinner was a cup of chili with cheese and hot dog, no bun. oh and desert was a snickerdoodle cup cake.. yes i said snickerdoodle cup cake.. OMG its amazing! hahah hmm..

excercise was getting in and out of my jeep and walking the mall and the going to the bank and to another store and then another mall.. we have like 5 in a 20 mile radius! not to mention trying on cloths at like 8 stores.. soo i think that was a decent shoper-cize.. :) oh and while i was in the mall i was power walking so i could avoid stores that i knew i didnt need to go in and avoided the food court.. :)
