They said I could have anything I wanted in place of the salad and I was so grossed out, I didn't want it. Then he said the magic words, "Some dessert, maybe?"
I got a piece of ice cream mud pie. The salad would have been a much better choice-without a doubt. I ate the bottom part of the pie-the crust part mostly-and let my husband and daughter eat the rest. I knew well in advance that the whole slice would be over 1,000 calories so I was not about to eat it all.

School is hitting me hard!! im exchausted beyond belief! my body aches and im soooo tired! and this is only the second week! baah! i walked up the stairs today.. OMG 3 flights of stairs! EEEWW!!! i made it to the last 5 damn steps and my whole body was like shut down! and didnt want to complete those last steps.. i felt like a weakling and kinda embarressed cuz i was so out of breath! i am hoping that i can make it up those stairs with no problem by the end of next month... if not sooner!

232lbs... still... boooo but again i didnt gain so all is good...

today consisted of cleanersizing!! hit the garage again.. made a huge impact too.. got most of our halloween stuff and also all of our xmas stuff out, then moved all of my stuff into its place and shifted everything over... now we can actually get in and out of our garage and move around, not to mention i can get my hard top into it now! wee i kinda wanna take it off for school but im nervous that someone will take my permit... hope everyone is having a super weekend and keeping up their diets and excersises!! :)
