Recovering Got back from our last big trip/event of the summer on Thursday night. Woke up with a head cold on Friday, ugghhh! Let me just say that it is very hard to follow a weight loss or even healthy eating program when traveling so much and having so much company. Since the end of April we have had 8 major events which involved either traveling or overnight guests in our home. Next summer will have to be more moderate, no doubt! |

Yes-entertaining etc can be quite a challenge to begin with--and for you, it's a trigger and even more stressful.
Glad you have a break for a few months!
Wow, last week sounded tough. Don't worry what the scale says. What is done is done. Now that you are back home you'll be able to settle into more of a routine. I'm sure it will be much easier to get back on track with all the traveling behind you for a while.
You'll get back on track ~ especially knowing that your travelling is over for the time being. Praying for you to settle back into a great routine with your eating. I know it won't take you long to do just that.
