| A Little About Me: | I'm 20 my boyfriend owns a construction business so I work with him full time & when i'm not doing that it seems like i'm spending all my free time with his 2 children, which is alot of fun but it doesn't leave much time for exercise so I need all the support I can get :) |

Aug 22, 2010 The most exercise I got when my kids were smaller was to toss them in the outdoor pools in town, or in the big ones at the community centres here. Somewhere in the splashing and the leaping, I got a workout the was way better than any aquatics class, and we got out together while we did it. We also danced a whole lot. |

Aug 22, 2010 I tried a Zumba class at the YMCA and it was a lot of fun. It is a Latin American Dance. I am a horrible dancer so I felt no pressure to be perfect and just went for it. I thought it was really fun and at the end - I felt like I had a high cardio workout. |

NEW DAY Wow so last night was totally horrible, I made homemade potatoes, noodles and rolls and needless to say that I ate way to much, so I have to crack down on myself and get back into the exercising because I really want to lose the rest of my weight :) Other than last night I have been doing pretty good on my eating so if I would just exercise I think the weight would just fall off.I need something to motivate me |

178 Wow i've never been so excited to blog, I went back to the doctor to get my perscription filled and I have to weigh in and thank goodness when I got on the scales it said 178 that means I am finally back to losing after being stuck at 185lbs for several weeks! Thank you everyone for you inspiring words of encouragement! I would really love some new exercises to try out if anyone would be interested in giving me some ideas, it would be greatly appreciated! hope you all are having a great weekend :) |
